We have stayed at the Campbell Motel Several Times over the years. It's always Clean and Neat and Never any Problems. We travel to Cocoa for Business and it's Close to the village and the owners are great and it's always clean.

I was traveling with friends to Florida to board the Norwegian cruise ship. We stayed at the Campbell Motel the night before because it is conveniently located to the terminal. The Campbell Motel is very clean, and the beds are so comfortable! We had a wonderful rest before checking out the next day to board our cruise ship. I would definitely stay there again. The Campbell Motel is like stepping back in a time capsule to the 1950s style motel.

The man at the desk was very friendly. Making the reservation and checking in were all fast and painless. We were able to sit in front of our 3 rooms and hang out without any issues. After our friends locked themselves out of their room 3 times, the worker never got upset.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel room was very clean and perfect for one night stay. The beds were quite comfortable and the pillows were excellent. Location was perfect for our needs.

The value for the money. Compared to other hotels in the region it is much cheaper but you need to keep in mind that this is just a motel with a bed and a bathroom.

Older motel but very clean and friendly check-in staff. Bed was comfortable, no coffee but has fridge. Should be in the $50 range but nothing cheap these days. Will use again when in the area. I did not hear much traffic noise and only heard the train twice very fast going by. One to 3 night works fine if you are not looking for Hilton quality.

The motel is clean, windows open for a nice breeze if desired. It is super quiet to road noise, you will hear a train once in awhile. The bed was firm and I am used to a softer mattress. There are limited power outlets due to the age of the structure, so bring a multi outlet surge protector as needed. We will be staying here many more times.

This was convenient for our cruise trip. It was close to Port. We would stay again for another cruise. You can't smoke on the property. Overall it wasn't bad for the one night we stayed
